This Final Sales Policy applies to all digital products, services, access licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements offered through the GIV’N platform, SudburyFilms, and any affiliated services, including the Golden Ticket.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Digital Product Classification
All offerings, including the Golden Ticket, are classified as digital access licenses and platform entitlements.
They are not physical goods, not financial instruments, not investments, not securities, not assets, and do not convey ownership rights.
Access is delivered digitally and activated immediately upon successful payment.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final.
Once a transaction is completed and access is activated:
No refunds
No cancellations
No exchanges
No returns
No reversals
are permitted under any circumstances.
3. No-Refund Policy Scope
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
Golden Ticket purchases
Virtual access passes
Digital experiences
Platform subscriptions
Premium content access
Virtual environments
Event access
Virtual theatre access
Membership tiers
Platform entitlements
Access credentials
Licenses and permissions
4. Activation Clause
Digital access is considered activated at the moment of:
Successful payment processing, or
Account entitlement assignment, or
Credential issuance,
whichever occurs first.
Activation constitutes full delivery of the product.
5. Platform Governance & Revocation
Access may be suspended or revoked due to:
Violation of Terms & Conditions
Platform misuse
Fraud
Abuse
Security violations
Policy breaches
Governance enforcement
Revocation or suspension does not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks, reversals, or disputes may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Termination of access
Revocation of all entitlements
Permanent platform ban
Legal recovery actions where applicable
7. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of:
Ontario, Canada
8. Platform Protection Clause
Nothing sold through GIV’N, SudburyFilms, or the Golden Ticket constitutes:
Ownership
Equity
Shares
Financial interest
Property rights
Asset rights
Securities
Tokens
Investments
Digital assets
Financial products
All offerings are strictly revocable digital access licenses governed by platform rules and policies.
9. Acceptance
By completing any purchase on GIV’N or SudburyFilms, including the Golden Ticket, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
