GIV’N Terms of Services

Welcome to GIV’N. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GIV’N immersive experience (“GIV’N,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using GIV’N, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not access or use the experience.

1. The GIV’N Experience

GIV’N is an immersive, interactive digital environment designed to provide cultural, creative, and shared experiences through virtual and extended reality technologies.

GIV’N is provided as-is and may evolve over time through updates, enhancements, or modifications.

2. Eligibility

You may use GIV’N only if:

  • You meet the minimum age requirements set by the Meta platform

  • You are legally permitted to access immersive digital experiences in your jurisdiction

  • You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Privacy & Data Practices

GIV’N is built on a privacy-first architecture.

  • GIV’N does not collect, store, or share personal information

  • GIV’N does not track user behavior

  • GIV’N does not perform analytics tied to individuals

Your use of the experience remains confidential and personal by design.

For more details, please review the GIV’N Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Acceptable Use

By using GIV’N, you agree to:

  • Use the experience for lawful purposes only

  • Respect other participants and shared spaces

  • Refrain from harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior

  • Avoid attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform

  • Not introduce malicious code, automation, or unauthorized modifications

We reserve the right to restrict access for behavior that undermines the integrity, safety, or intended use of the experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, environments, designs, trademarks, and interactive elements within GIV’N are owned by or licensed to GIV’N, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Experience and interact with the content for personal, non-commercial use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit GIV’N content without permission

  • Use GIV’N branding without authorization

  • Create derivative works based on proprietary environments or systems

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If GIV’N enables users to contribute or display content:

  • You retain ownership of your original content

  • You grant GIV’N a limited, non-exclusive right to display that content within the experience

  • You confirm you have the rights to any content you contribute

GIV’N reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Services

GIV’N operates within or alongside third-party platforms, including Meta.

Third-party platforms/tools (including Google, YouTube, Meta and Unity technologies where used) remain governed by their own terms; Sudbury Films does not sell, transfer, or sublicense third-party platform technology or platform data.”



8. Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to GIV’N.

We may:

  • Update or modify features

  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

  • Discontinue certain experiences or content

We are not liable for interruptions or changes that occur in the normal operation of the platform.

9. Disclaimers

GIV’N is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied

  • We do not guarantee performance, accuracy, or availability

  • Use of the experience is at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GIV’N shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • GIV’N is not responsible for user interactions or conduct within shared spaces

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GIV’N if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or community.

You may stop using GIV’N at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where GIV’N operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GIV’N after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
